It is well known that ECMB is the "heart" of masks, mold is also used to produce ECMB. Also known as ECMB nozzle or spinneret in the industry.
The mould is made of YK30(SK3) carbon tool steel.For the mould head of ECMB, the hole diameter of the spine-spraying microhole is very small,
mostly 0.1-0.3mm, and the spacing is 0.6-0.7mm. For example, a 550mm mould has nearly 1000 holes. The hole perpendicularity of 0.2mm is the key.
OMOULD MAKE THE MOLD FOR ECMB, have two type, simple and hanger type, specification from 300-3000mm.
